Audible Live
Audible Live is a video live-streaming pilot program that takes an editorial approach to bringing authors, podcasters and other creators directly to their fans in a topical, curated setting around the content they love. We were asked to elevate the platform by adding a positioned approach. We delivered with a dynamic branded extension leveraging core Audible elements and a flexible graphics package that allows for cohesion throughout the different stages of the event —pre, during and post.
Business goals:
Expand the potential of live video to connect Audible listeners to their favorite stories and storytellers in a wholly different way. KPIs: live listening.
Positioning:
The core value proposition for Audible Live is exclusive, intimate experiences with creators (i.e. Podcasters, Musicians, Authors)—an entertaining discovery tool for listeners and an engaging channel to for creators to connect.
Creative Strategy:
Deconstructed Inspiration - get “up close with creators” for a deep dive into what makes a listen great. We break it down and look inside, with insights provided by our hosts and real moments from creators who share secrets of their craft. A sense of inspiration is sparked through the energetic use of the LIVE letters in this approach. Kinetic type reveals photography and stretches across the screen to lead the eye and engage the viewer in a playful tone. The letters become windows and framing devices allowing for the introduction of brand colors, reinforcing legibility and functioning as a navigation tool within the interface.
A toolkit for all event stages
A series of templates that can be used for creators and brand alike to promote upcoming events, showcase events of the past and bring awareness to the program.
